For Eastern Promise I have used the traditional technique of coiling, which is were you create coils of clay and then add them to each other to grow your pot.  This technique is what I call slow pottery as you can only go onto the next section when the one below is firm enough to hold its weight.  This elegant piece would look great in a tall window or as a stand alone piece in your home.
